"Home Assess are amazing! They lined me up with a company that facilitated the whole claim for us for free and they even paid our excess. They dealt with our insurance completely and held them accountable even when they tried to deny and severely delay our claim. We didn’t realise how hard it was to claim for damages that we could obviously see. Our insurance company denied our claim at first! Once our claim was overturned we were aligned with a fantastic builder too and we were able to get the whole job done at no cost with the latest Colorbond ultra upgrade!!
